The outlook is bright for spring, at least color-wise, according to the Pantone Color Institute. But there are also touches of softer, more floral-like shades. Stabilizing neutrals combined with pops of brighter colors to create unique, distinctive looks are the basis for a great spring and summer wardrobe.”
